FastZen – Privacy Policy

Your data stays on your device

FastZen is designed to be private. Your fasting sessions, history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers, and we never collect, transmit, or have access to your data. FastZen does not require an account.

Notifications

FastZen can send local notifications (for example when you reach your fasting goal). These are scheduled entirely on your device by iOS. No notification data is sent anywhere.

No ads, no tracking

FastZen contains no third-party advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking of any kind. This is a permanent product policy.

In-app purchases

FastZen Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial when eligible), or a one-time lifetime purchase. All options are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information. The free tier stays complete forever.

Health disclaimer

FastZen is a timer and logging tool. The information it shows about fasting stages is general educational content, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any fasting practice, especially if you have a medical condition.

Children's privacy

FastZen is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
