What is free and what is paid?

The first region (The Emberwood), three hero classes and the daily expedition are free forever. Gloomfall: Full Saga is a one-time purchase that unlocks regions 2–3, all six classes and the endless Abyss. There is no subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases" with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

My hero died. Can I get them back?

No — permadeath is a core rule of Gloomfall. Fallen heroes join the memorial wall, and your keep keeps the gear and gold they brought home from earlier expeditions.

Where is my progress stored?

Locally on your device only. Deleting the app permanently deletes its data.

Does the game need an internet connection?

No. Everything, including the daily expedition, is generated on your device and works fully offline.
