Is the free version really complete?

Yes. All preset fasting plans, the timer, history, streaks, water tracking, badges, widgets and notifications are free forever. Pro adds custom goal durations (8–48 h), the insights dashboard, calendar heatmap, weight trend and a custom water goal — via monthly or yearly subscription (7-day free trial when eligible) or a one-time lifetime purchase.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases" with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Where is my fasting history stored?

Locally on your device only. Deleting the app permanently deletes its data, so keep your device backed up.

Notifications are not arriving

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → FastZen and make sure notifications are allowed. Focus modes can also silence them.
